Reports can be submitted by: 

• employees of Finomnia S.p.A.;
• self-employed workers and contractors referred to in Article 409 of the Italian Civil Code and Article 2 of Legislative Decree 81/2015, who work or have worked for the Company;
• workers or collaborators who carry out their work at the Company, supply goods or services or perform work for third parties;
• freelancers and consultants who perform or have performed their work at Finomnia S.p.A.;
• volunteers and interns, whether paid or unpaid;
• shareholders;
• persons with administrative, management, control, supervisory or representative functions. 

By way of example and without limitation, the following behaviours, acts or omissions may be reported: 

• administrative, accounting, civil or criminal offences;
• unlawful conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 or violations of the organisational and management models provided for therein;
• offences falling within the scope of European Union or national acts relating to specific sectors;
• acts or omissions that harm the financial interests of the Union;
• acts or omissions concerning the internal market;
• acts or conduct that undermine the object or purpose of the provisions of EU acts. 

Finomnia S.p.A. provides its employees, collaborators, consultants, contractors and all other persons falling within the subjective scope of the Whistleblowing Decree with an internal reporting channel. In particular, all persons identified by Legislative Decree 24/2023 may submit a report to the internal channel using the methods indicated below: Written report: 

• via a dedicated IT platform: https://fibonacci.segnalazioni.net/
• by letter (ordinary or registered mail) to the following address: Via Antonio Cechov 50/2, 20151 Milan (MI). 

Verbal report: 

• by calling 02 8490 7101;
• by calling the same number to request a face-to-face meeting with the Reporting Committee, which will be arranged within a reasonable time frame. 

Please note that, in order for the report to be complete, it is necessary to describe the facts in detail and attach all available documentation. 

In the cases provided for by Legislative Decree 24/2023, the whistleblower may also submit a report through an external channel made available by ANAC.
